steiff signed benjamin 2007 xmas bear

Harrods london,had a relative of margete steiff(the original steiff bear maker)and he signed limited edition 2007 steiff benjamin christmas bears.I want one bnib or bnwt and it must be in excellent /very good condition.The bear had a red coat on and i think the coat had a tie or tassle with a bear's head as decoration.I'm sure it had a growl when tipped also. I will pay excellent price for bear.I don't know the bear's height or what material he is made from.I also don't know if his joints move.
